VST ECS (Thailand) Drives “VST ECS Recycle for Change: Drop It Right. Make It Better.” to Promote Proper E-Waste Management for a Sustainable Environment

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reinforces its commitment as a technology organization that places importance on conducting business alongside social and environmental responsibility through the “VST ECS Recycle for Change: Drop It Right. Make It Better.” initiative. Held under the concept “Change for a Sustainable World,” the project aims to raise employees’ awareness of the importance of properly separating and disposing of electronic waste, reducing environmental impact, and helping pass on a better environment to future generations.

This initiative encourages employees to donate unused electronic devices, such as mobile phones, iPads, headphones, charging cables, mouse, keyboards, digital cameras, electronic watches, music players, and handheld game consoles, through drop boxes provided by the company. The collected e-waste will be forwarded to the Chula Loves the Earth project for proper management, recycling, or disposal in accordance with appropriate standards.

VST ECS (Thailand) believes that proper waste management begins with everyone’s participation. Electronic waste, in particular, may contain hazardous substances that can affect soil, water, and ecosystems if not managed appropriately. Separating and disposing of waste correctly is therefore an important action that helps reduce pollution, conserve resources, and support the efficient use of materials.

This initiative also reflects the company’s commitment to cultivating an environmentally conscious corporate culture, encouraging employees to be part of positive change, and supporting balanced growth across economic, social, and environmental dimensions in line with long-term sustainable development.
