WARRANTY POLICY (DOA: DEAD ON ARRIVAL CLAIM)
1. ln case the items are delivered faulty

or any of them break down within 7 days from the invoice date, they are considered Dead On Arrival (DOA).

2. In case the items are damaged

or do not operate due to technical failures and any of them are out of order within 7 days from the invoice date, they are considered Dead On Arrival (DOA).

3. All defective items stated in No.2

must be in complete condition and all parts are maintained.

4. The packaging is still complete

condition showing the same serial number as shown on the product inside; and the whole set of materials, for instance, CD, Driver, User Manual must be maintained.

DOA CLAIM SHALL BE RENDERED NULL AND VOID IF:
1. The product is damaged due to misuse

such as accident or natural disaster.

2. The defects or damages are not

caused by the product
such as incorrect modification or wrong repair.

3. The packaging is incomplete condition.
