VST ECS (Thailand) Mobilizes Employee Volunteers for “Wellness Hour: Carry Care Bag,” Donating 200 Hand-Painted Bags and Financial Support to Help Breast Cancer Patients on World Breast Cancer Day

VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reaffirmed its commitment to corporate social responsibility through “Wellness Hour: Carry Care Bag,” an employee volunteer initiative held under the theme “Sharing Encouragement with Breast Cancer Patients.” Employees joined forces to design and hand-paint 200 fabric bags for carrying post-operative drainage bottles. The bags are intended to make daily activities more convenient, ease the burden of recovery, and provide breast cancer patients with a tangible message of care and encouragement. All 200 bags were presented to the Cancer Excellence Center at the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University.

The company also contributed to the Cancer Excellence Center Fund for the Advancement of Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment, supporting ongoing improvements in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and patients’ quality of life. The donation was received by Dr. Nintita Sripaiboonkij Thokanit, Manager of the Cancer Center, and Nurse Kaewjai Boonmatun, Acting Head of the Cancer Outpatient Unit, together with the unit’s team, at the OCC2 Cancer Outpatient Unit on the first floor of Ramathibodi Hospital’s Main Building. Held in observance of World Breast Cancer Day, the initiative reflects the collective power of employee volunteerism and VST ECS (Thailand)’s commitment to fostering a culture of giving transforming compassion into meaningful action and creating lasting value for Thai society.
